Riverside Cemetery was established in the late 1800s. The cemetery sits on roughly 12  acres of land with all but one-third of those acres occupied. Holy Cross Cemetery is adjacent to Riverside Cemetery. On average, there are 25 burials per year at Riverside, about half of which are cremations. Riverside Cemetery is located on Smith Street, off Route 88 in Yarmouth, Maine. It is managed by the Riverside Association Officers & Trustees.  

 

In addition to plenty of traditional burial spaces available for purchase, the Trustees are pleased to announce the creation of a new cremation garden on the west side of the cemetery.
